As the artist, I reserve the right to:
Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profile/pages. commission sheets, etc.
Modify, edit, and repurpose unpaid or cancelled commissioned pieces.
Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.
stream the drawing process on my twitch channel. if the client wishes to keep the commission a secret, please inform me ahead of time.
as the client, you must credit accordingly:

stream assets: add hami_VT in credits panel linking to my socials
✿ youtube ✿
emotes: link my socials in your stream description for the emotes
stream assets: link only needed when asset is used in a specific stream or video

use the provided display images or gifs for social media posts. this will be provided along with the other files.
tagging is not required. a simple @/hamiVT for my twitter is enough in the same tweet or in a reply to the tweet where my art was used.
The commissioner and other parties may not:
Include the commissioned work in portfolios and commission sheets.
Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without an agreement or contract.
Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
Post the commissioned piece online without proper credits.
payments are made via PAYPAL invoice only
payment after initial sketch is REQUIRED to proceed with the commission.
